The creators of the ShipStik bring innovative and creative attributes to the table as a father (Rich) and daughter (Sara) team.
They love customer feedback weather positive or negative to continue to design products that meet and exceed customer's needs and
expectations.
Rich: Rich is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. He has been a practicing
engineer for over thirty years, presently he owns and is the president of one of the most successful engineering, surveying,
environmental, and landscape architect firms in Connecticut with two offices located in Fairfield and Litchfield County. The
company CCA, LLC has over thirty employees serving the private, public, and the government sector. Rich
brings both technical and business management skills to the company. Rich also owns a classic 1962 Hatteras Sports Fisherman
that's docked in Westbrook which is frequently used for offshore fishing, weekend get away, and vacationing to some of his
favorite locations including (Block Island, Montauk, Sag Harbor.)
Sara was a graduate of Canterbury Prep School and also a graduate of the University of Connecticut, she holds her BS degree in
Finance. While at UCONN she was on the varsity polo team (on horseback.) Sara enjoys her free time down on her father's boat and
especially loves tuna and shark fishing.
